RACT HOC Message

ORDER OF THE DAY – 1 June 2025

TO THE ROYAL AUSTRALIAN CORPS OF TRANSPORT

On the occasion of the Royal Australian Corps of Transport 52nd Anniversary, I am honoured to stand with you as the Head of Corps, and congratulate and thank all past and present members of the RACT for their contribution to this milestone.

Since foundation in 1973, the members of the RACT have consistently demonsfa-ated their capacity to reliably deliver essential support to Army and the Australian Defence Force on every occasion, both at home and overseas. In representing Army in every major ADF operation, the members of the RACT have lived our motto, ‘Par Oneri’, while also successfully navigating the myriad of changes within Army and the ADF over the past five decades.

As we celebrate more than five decades of dedicated service and excellence in perfonnance, we look forward to the future and prepare ourselves for the challenges ahead. Regardless of the platforms we operate, the new technologies we explore and introduce, or the force structures we work within, the quality of our people will continue to be our single greatest asset. We have much to be proud of after 52 years, and I am confident that the professionalism, dedication, and character of the members of the RACT will continue this outstanding tradition into the decades to come.
